On Thursday, December 14, 2017, O‘ahu-based alumni from all 10 UH campuses celebrated the holiday season and enjoyed a gourmet buffet, including a smores action station by Kapi‘olani CC culinary arts alumni, Executive Chef Eddie Mafnas, Sous Chef Alex Quach and culinary students at the Lē‘ahi Concept Kitchen in Waikiki. Guests shopped ‘til they dropped at the Alumni-Made Pop-Up Boutique featuring the latest products made by local UH alumni artisans.
