Class notes: Emily McIlroy (MFA ’11)

UH Mānoa alumna Emily McIlroy (MFA ’11) will be the presenter at the September 25, 2018 Art Lunch event at the Hawaii State Art Museum, talking about her new body of work “The Lilies How They Grow,” which she began after returning from the wilds of Alaska and the Yukon. She will also share images and stories from her recent artist residency at Glacier National Park.

McIlroy received her MFA in drawing and painting from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa in 2011. She is currently an instructor at UH Mānoa.
