Class notes: Dr. Roberta Leung (BBA ’70, BA ’71)
UH Mānoa alumna Dr. Roberta An Wong Leung (BBA ’70, BA ’71) was named the 2018 Model Chinese Mother of the Year by the United Chinese Society of Hawaii.
Since filial piety is central to Chinese culture, every year since 1956, the United Chinese Society has honored a Model Father and Model Mother of the Year. The honorees are nominated by one of Hawai‘i’s Chinese societies, and selected by a United Chinese Society panel.
Dr. Leung is a graduate of the School of Travel Industry Management and a member of the TIM School Alumni Hall of Honor.
