John A. Burns School of Medicine MD alumni are invited to RECONNECT 2017 on Saturday, July 22.
Reunion Chair Dr. Ben Young and his planning committee have a memorable CME and luncheon, featuring our beloved retired faculty.
CME (up to 4 credits) is FREE and begins at the Sullivan Conference Center at 8 a.m., next door at the UH Cancer Center.
CME ends at 12:30 and you are invited to stay for our reunion luncheon.
Please join us at the reunion luncheon even if you are unable to attend the morning CME! The casual lunch will be held on the JABSOM grounds and promises to be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, faculty and current students. There will be ‘ono Hawaiian food and home grown JABSOM music and hula!
Financial planning
Alumni are also invited to JABSOM on June 22, 2017 to learn creative ways to maximize income, receive tax benefits, and support JABSOM at the same time. JABSOM Associate Director of Development Julie Inouye, CFP, and Mike Coppes of the UH Foundation Office of Estate and Gift Planning will lead the discussion immediately following the 5:30 p.m. JABSOM faculty meeting in the Kaka‘ako Campus Medical Education Building, Room 314 with a light dinner and brief information session.
