On April 6, 2018, UH alumni enjoyed a special gourmet menu created by Chef Shaden Sato, Leeward CC alumnus and chef at the Halekulani. The 5-course meal was the focus of Leeward CC’s Culinary Special Events class, where the students participated in interactive management teams to plan, market, organize and execute this delightful evening.
