Isaac Serrano: Early College Graduate at Leeward CC
Congratulations to Isaac Serrano for being awarded the Phi Theta Kappa Pacific Region Transfer Scholarship in its inaugural year! Isaac will be awarded $1,000. Isaac is Leeward CC's Phi Theta Kappa chapter president and an early college student from Waipahu High School. Isaac will earn Leeward's AA degree and his high school diploma this semester.
