Location: Wahiawa, HI
Parent Child Development Center in Wahiawa and Waipahu: Seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delay in the Waipahu/Ewa, Wahiawa and North Shore communities.
The SLP will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services using Primary Service Provider/Coaching model to work with families in the home setting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conduct evaluations and write reports Assist team with plan development Provide consultations and coaching to families and other team members Timely and accurate documentation
Requirements: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology with Clinical Competence Certificate and Hawaii SLP License. Will also consider new graduates-CFY.
Access to a car daily and proof of insurance Driver's license
