Site Counselor – Mililani (Full-Time)
$60,000–$65,000 | Full-time | School-based (year-round)
Start Date: July 20, 2026
Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a full-time Site Counselor to provide school-based substance use prevention and treatment services for adolescents in Mililani.
What you’ll do:
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
• Deliver evidence-based prevention curriculum in classrooms
• Coordinate care, referrals, and case management
• Support outreach efforts, presentations, and school collaboration
• Build strong, supportive relationships with youth
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean abstract
• Ability to pass background check and work with youth
Preferred:
• CSAC, CPS, or other behavioral health credential (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with adolescents
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (occasional evenings)
