IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

- Maintain and update systems, software, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Train users on how to use new technology and software applications with ease and clarity.
- Collaborate with other team members or vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides with thoroughness and detail.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in IT support-related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office and macOS systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills and experience with hardware, software, and security systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
