Clinical Supervisor (Hina Mauka Teen CARE Oahu)

Clinical Supervisor – Teen CARE
Full-time | Exempt | Oʻahu
Position to begin in July
Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support counselors providing adolescent substance use prevention and treatment services across school and community settings.
What you’ll do:
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to counseling staff
- Ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy of documentation and services
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Teen CARE sites
- Support training, onboarding, and development of counselors and practicum students
- Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and community partners
- Provide backup clinical support to youth and families as needed
Required qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
- CSAC or CPS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a substance use counselor
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean abstract
- Ability to pass background check and clearances
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Requires travel between sites
- Regular evening and Saturday availability required (minimum once per month), with additional time based on training and program needs.
