Case Manager - Kalihi Juvenile Assessment Center
Location: Kalihi, Oahu
Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers who will provide case management services to youth who are in our Kalihi Juvenile Assessment Center program. Must be able to appropriately respond to all police citations immediately during the assigned Monday to Friday shift. Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and have the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
The workweek may be adjusted to include an on-call or weekend schedule. Working conditions include the office and out in the field.
- Payrate: $40,000 Annually
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field and at least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required.
- Requirements: Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and safety check.
