Case Manager - Housing First

Location: Honolulu

Hale Kipa is looking for a full-time Case Manager to provide services to young adults who are homeless in our Housing First Program.  Services include:  identifying eligible young adults, locating housing, case management, independent living and social-skill building, assistance with employment/vocational/educational resources, and any other support the young adults need to be able to transition to the community successfully. This position also requires working with housing projects and other collaterals.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills, be timely with submitting documentation, and be able to navigate an electronic health record.

  • Payrate: $40,000 annually
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, etc.; and one year of experience working with youth/young adults is required.
  • Requirements:  Valid driver’s license, vehicle, current auto insurance & safety check.”
