Talmadge Magno: A passion for supporting the community
“A passion I find in emergency response is supporting the community, our state, our country. That’s the reward,” says UH Hilo graduate Talmadge Magno (BA ’85).
Magno is the Civil Defense Administrator in Hawai‘i County. Working for the County of Hawai’i Civil Defense Agency, he finds the work to be rewarding and exciting.
