Get in the Homecoming spirit at our Homecoming-themed UH Alumni Makers' Market—the only place where everything is made by University of Hawai‘i alumni! Shop a variety of alumni-owned small businesses, meet up with fellow alums and Hawai‘i fans, and get pumped for Saturday's Homecoming football game against Duquesne.

Access into the Makers' Marketplace is free and open to the public. Take your Makers' Market experience to the next level by purchasing an exclusive VIP ticket. A $50 VIP ticket includes:

  • Food curated by UH alumni chef Reid Matsuura of Redfish—Honolulu's best spot for authentic and innovative poke bowls as well as modern, local-style, comfort food
  • Drinks by Village Bottle Shop & Tasting Room—Hawai‘i's first dedicated craft beer bottle shop and tasting room, owned by UH alumni Tim Golden and Daryn Ogino
  • Access into the enclosed VIP area in the heart of the Makers’ Marketplace

Please note that access into the Makers' Marketplace is free and open to the public. A VIP ticket is not required for entry into the Marketplace.




Parking information

Parking is available in the Keawe Street Parking Structure. Parking is free for the first hour with no validation required. With validation from SALT shops or restaurants, parking fees are as follows:

  • 2nd hour: $1
  • 3rd hour: $3
  • 4th hour: $3 per half hour (or fraction thereof)

Additional parking will be available at the Waterfront Plaza Garage at 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a short five minute walk from SALT. SALT parking validation does not apply at the Waterfront Plaza Garage. Parking fees are as follows:

  • From 4 pm-2:30 am: $9 flat rate
  • From 5 pm-2:30 am: $6 flat rate
  • Lost ticket rate: $33
