bring together graduates and friends who all share more than their UH degrees – they may have attended the same campus, studied in the same academic area or live in the same region. Each chapter is independent and unique, yet strives to achieve the same goals:
- Advance the mission of UHAA to promote and support the University of Hawai‘i by connecting alumni and friends with the university and with each other, strengthening stakeholder relationships in the community, and inspiring pride among the University of Hawai‘i ‘ohana.
- Provide opportunities for alumni and friends in the local community to come together for social and intellectual enrichment.
- Build programs that will ultimately support students through scholarships, recruitment support, student send-offs and parent engagement.
These resources are designed to guide you in developing and maintaining a successful chapter. You will find tools to help start a new chapter, plan events and learn the ways UHAA can support your chapter’s goals.
Mahalo nui loa for volunteering to serve the University of Hawai‘i in such a tremendous way! Please let the UH Foundation Alumni Relations staff
know how we can help your chapter thrive.
