From the unforgettable scent of a fresh pikake lei to the smell of ripe guava picked straight from the tree, there are so many fragrances that make Hawai‘i special.
In this virtual workshop, meet UH Mānoa alumna Lana Gronwald, the owner of Jules + Gem HI. Jules + Gem specializes in handcrafting clean and natural hand-poured soy coconut wax candles along with a variety of other bath and body products that capture the many distinct fragrances of Hawai‘i.
Hear the story of how Jules + Gem came to be, what goes into the production of their locally made products and how they select and blend notes to create perfectly balanced fragrances. Plus don’t miss a special demonstration on creating your very own bath salt at home, as well as candle making tips for beginners.
For a very limited time you can purchase a Jules + Gem HI/UH Alumni gift set which includes a kit for creating your very own bath salt during the hands-on demonstration, plus a selection of other Jules + Gem products specially selected especially for this event. All gift sets will be shipped a week prior to the September 16 event. No APO or international shipping at this time.
