Honolulu CC alumna Karen Gay
Karen Gay first discovered an interest in studying fashion after taking a peek at her cousin’s homework assignment—a square stitching exercise from Honolulu CC’s Fashion Technology Program. After enrolling herself in the program, Karen almost immediately knew that this was what she was meant to do. Now a lecturer at the college, she aims to nurture her students as her teachers did when she was in school.
