2013 Kane Fernandez Award: Wes Kimura, BBA UHM ’82
Kimura, who serves on the UH Alumni Association Board of Directors, played UH baseball between 1979-82, and was a pitcher on the 1980 team that advanced to the finals of the College World Series.
The award was presented by UH Letterwinners President Taryn Kumamoto, VP Andy Lachman, Associate Athletics Director Carl Clapp and Kanekapolei Sydney Fernandez Fasi, representing the Fernandez family.
