Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) has over 3000 stores worldwide with 2000+ in the Philippines and 800+ in China. JFC intends to be one of the top 5 restaurant companies in the world. It recently got the franchise of Dunkin Donuts in China, and acquired 40% of 350-chain Smashburger based in Denver, Colorado. Jollibee has been rapidly expanding in Hawaii, since 2011, JFC has opened four restaurants (Ala Moana Center Food Court, Waipahu Shopping Plaza, Kalihi - Dillingham/N.King, and Seafood City Waipahu). It intends to open more stores in the coming years.

Jose Minana, Jr. is the Group President of Jollibee Foods Corporation. He oversees Jollibee, Chowking, Red Ribbon in USA, and sits as an advisor on the board of their newly acquired Smashburger investment. He oversees Burger King and Mang Inasal in the Philippines. From 2010-13, he was previously President of Jollibee Philippines. He has been with JFC since 1993. Previously, he was connected with Motorola and Arthur Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Minana finished his BS Industrial Management Engineering Minor in Chemical Engineering at DeLa Salle University, and holds a MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He will be joined by Maribeth de la Cruz, General Manager, Jollibee Foods Corp.
