Alumni from across the University of Hawai‘i system gathered for a special evening of modern cuisine and contemporary cocktails. UH Maui College alumnus Jon Pasion, Chef de Cuisine at the Andaz Maui, offered a cooking demonstration of a three-course menu specifically created for this event. The meal was paired with a special cocktail crafted by the Andaz Maui mixology team.
