Don’t miss out on all the fun and festivities at the Leeward Discovery Fair! This fun-filled event includes hands-on, interactive learning activities, exhibits and games for the entire family.

This year, you’ll be able to build your own rainstick, make recycled paper and even program an app. Returning crowd favorites include Bubblicious Geometry and Quicksand Goo, a mysterious glob that is both a liquid and a solid!

Other Discovery Fair activities include:

  • Pliable Polymer: Squiggle, squeeze and turn liquids into solids, creating your own polymer worms or a bag of the silliest putty.
  • Fun with Fish: Learn the ancient art of Gyotaku, the traditional Japanese method of creating an artistic print of a fish.
  • Figure it Out: Decode an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic message and win a prize!
  • Beetle Bean Bag Toss: Help us trap the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle!
