The University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law will be offering a FREE clinic at Leeward Community College for those who are interested in starting a business corporation. Emphasis will be on reducing personal liabilities by focusing on Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). During the event each session will be 30 minutes, with law students available to answer questions and give an overview of starting a business after graduation, or completion of a program.

Leeward students, faculty, staff and alumni are invited to attend. This is a great opportunity to participate as a class project/activity, or supplement lectures in Accounting, Automotive, Business Education,Medical Coding, Early Childhood Education, Social Science, etc.

Space is limited and appointments are required. Contact the OCEWD registration office at (808) 455-0477 to make an appointment. Please let us know: time preference, contact information, and topic of interest.

This clinic is made possible as a community service through the UH William S. Richardson School of Law and Leeward Community College (OCEWD). If successful, more clinics days may be added in the future.
