2014 Kapi‘olani Community College Commencement
On May 16, 410 graduates marched in Kapi‘olani Community College’s 2014 Commencement Ceremony. The weather was warm but not stifling, the energy was joyous and the air was filled with the scent of tropical flowers. There were smiles everywhere!
In honor of the UH Community College System celebrating its 50th anniversary, all in attendance experienced a special ceremony set on a magnificent stage, with faculty in full regalia, while being broadcasted live via webcast. In addition, as part of the recessional, graduates passed through a door which symbolized the door of opportunity as they commence into the world.
Congratulations to the graduates of Kapi‘olani Community College. Keep your spirit high for the College and return and visit often as proud alumni!
