Permanency Support Services provides ICPC and Permanency Strengthening Services to children and families on the island of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. The Case Manager provides counseling, crisis intervention, home study assessments, skill building, home visitation, information and referral and comprehensive case management services. The Case Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawai’i and their Mission as well as strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Case Manager will also have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in working with children with a history of trauma and their caregivers. If a Master’s level staff cannot be found, a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution will be considered. Staff shall also have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, including assessment of children with a history of trauma and their caregivers.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB Clearance, CAN Clearance, FBI Clearance, HI/National Sex Offender Clearance, HI State Criminal Check, Driver’s License, No-Fault Insurance Card, Access to Insured Vehicle, Driver’s Abstract, Adam Walsh, 3 Year Employment History & Education Verification
