UH Hilo Career Connections - Hilton Waikoloa Village
This semester, the UH Hilo Career and Academic Advising Center will be hosting a series of information sessions called Career Connections. These sessions will feature businesses and employers and allow students to interact in a more intimate setting.
Employers will cover topics such as:
- Information about the organization
- Employment opportunities
- Position types
- Professional development
- Compensation (pay, benefits)
- Professional development opportunities
- Advancement and/or leadership development opportunities
- Preparing for a career in the industry
- Processes for applying for employment
A time for questions/answers will also be available at the end of the session.
We will be welcoming two employers in the area of hospitality in the next two weeks, Hilton Waikoloa Village and the Fairmont Orchid.
