Come join students, families and alumni at the 22nd annual UH Hilo Ho‘olaule‘a on Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the UH Hilo Performing Arts Center Parking Lot.
UH Alumni Zone will take place this year in the lower parking lot area of campus by the keiki land from noon-5 p.m. Stop by the Alumni Zone tent, enjoy a refreshment, relax and reconnect with former classmates. Be sure not to miss all the fun activities planned for alumni, parents and friends including:
Campus tours for alumni, parents and friends
Alumni, parents and friends are invited to join student-led campus walking tours offered at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Meet at the Alumni Zone tent and bring an umbrella in case of rain.
Alumni shopping in the UH Hilo Bookstore
Alumni shopping available from 1 to 4 p.m. Alumni discounts include 20% off Vulcan apparel and merchandise.
UH Hilo Vulcan clinics
Featuring mini-sports clinics by Vulcan Athletes from soccer, baseball and softball! Meet your favorite player, learn something new and re-connect with the Hilo Vulcan Boosters!
Carnival games and activities for the entire family
Including bouncers, waterslides, keiki train rides, human hamster ball, bungee line run, keiki ID, dunk tank and more!
Music and entertainment
Featuring: Ekolu, The Vitals 808, Firewoman & These Guys, Samoan Club, Taishoji Taiko, Waiakea ‘Ukulele Band, Halau I Ka Leo Ola O Na Mamo, with emcees Tantra & Braddah Jeffrey.
