On Tuesday, October 9, 2012, the University of Hawaii Army ROTC will sponsor the UH Manoa Homecoming Golf Tournament to benefit the UH Army ROTC Fallen Warriors' Memorial and to support cadet activities.
The tournament will pay tribute to all the UH alumni who bravely served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice. This is no ordinary golf tournament--it will be a day of patriotism combined with UH alumni pride. Prior to the start of the tournament, there will be a brief program to honor our fallen warriors with the official presentation of the colors and singing of the National Anthem.
There will be a variety of foods for lunch such as 402 Sushi, Kevin Tates' Louisiana special, MRE (meal ready to eat), followed by a fun day of golf and an evening buffet dinner.
Golfers will have an opportunity to win a hole in one prize along with challenges to win UH memorabilia such as autographed UH football helmets, footballs, volleyballs, basketballs, jerseys and a multitude of other prizes.
