This form is to request a posting of an officially recognized UHAA chapter hosted/co-hosted or sponsored/co-sponsored event on UHalumni.org/events, specific UHalumni.org chapter pages and in UHAA's e-newsletter Alumnews.  Please complete all required fields below ( * ).  For questions about this form, please contact the
