The mission of the Ke Ānuenue Alumnae Association is to promote fellowship and common interests of its members with emphasis on Hawaiian culture; and to cooperate with the UHAA in fostering community pride in the University by supporting its various activities.
Organized in 1927 on the Mānoa campus of the University of Hawai‘i, the Ke Ānuenue Sorority was formed to strengthen a bond of sisterhood among its members and preserve and perpetuate the Hawaiian culture through social and community activities. Ke Ānuenue (The Rainbow) is representative of a diverse membership.
