- For Platinum sponsors, please e-mail your logo in .jpg, .tif, .eps or .pdf file format (minimum 300 dpi) to events@uhalumni.org by April 26, 2012, to be included in the event program.
- For Platinum and Gold sponsors, your invitation to the VIP cocktail reception will be mailed to you after April 2, 2012.
- One-year UHAA Ha'aheo membership (paid individual, if applicable) will only be activated if guests complete the membership forms on their tables at the event. Once activated, they will receive a membership packet by mail after May 31, 2012.
